We're proud to announce that Dukes has been ranked 10th in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 list by Great Place To Work®.

The recognition follows our recent success in being named one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development™ 2026 and the UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing, further reinforcing our commitment to putting our people at the heart of everything we do.

What does the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ recognition mean?

The UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ list celebrates organisations that are leading the way in creating equitable and inclusive workplaces. Companies are recognised for removing barriers to career progression, supporting women's wellbeing and development, and fostering a culture where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Selection is based on employee feedback through the Great Place To Work® Trust Index™ survey, alongside an assessment of an organisation's people practices.

For us, this recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences of our own people and the culture we've worked hard to create.

Building a culture where everyone can thrive

At Dukes, we're committed to creating an environment where everyone feels respected, supported and able to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or role.

We believe that building an inclusive workplace isn't about a single initiative or programme. It's about creating opportunities for people to develop, recognising talent, supporting career progression and ensuring every colleague feels they belong.

Today, women make up 49% of our workforce, while 84% of our Management Board and 80% of our shareholders are women. Over the past year, five women have been promoted across the business, reflecting our commitment to developing talent and creating opportunities for career progression at every level.

We're also proud to see women leading beyond our organisation. Our Sales Director, Sarah made history as the youngest female President of CIVEA highlighting the expertise, innovation and leadership that women bring to our business and the wider industry.

Being recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ is a reflection of these values and the everyday experiences of our people across the business

Championing women across the enforcement sector

Our commitment to supporting women extends beyond our own organisation. We’re proud to be sponsors of Women in Revenues and Enforcement, helping to support the recognition, development and progression of women across the enforcement profession. As an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated, we recognise the importance of creating more opportunities for women to build successful careers, take on leadership roles and have their voices heard. Through initiatives like WiRE, we’re proud to contribute to a more inclusive and representative future for the enforcement sector.

Continuing to invest in our people

At Dukes, we're passionate about creating a workplace where talented people can build rewarding careers and feel empowered to succeed.

Being recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ is another important milestone in our people journey, but it's not the destination. We'll continue investing in our people, listening to colleague feedback and strengthening the inclusive culture that makes Dukes a great place to work.
