Following the recent investigation by the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB) into Marston Holdings Limited, Dukes Bailiffs Limited (“Dukes”) wishes to provide reassurance to all stakeholders regarding its own operational standards and practices.
The ECB concluded that Marston Holdings Limited had breached The Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014 (TCOG) by applying multiple fees to linked Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) cases. Dukes Bailiffs Limited is not affiliated with, nor connected in any way to, Marston Holdings Limited.
Dukes confirms that it applies enforcement fees strictly in accordance with both TCOG regulations and the Code of Practice issued by the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA). Ethical conduct and compliance lie at the core of Dukes’ service philosophy. The company is committed to upholding the highest professional standards, supported by robust governance, internal controls, and rigorous audit procedures.
Stakeholders seeking further clarification are encouraged to contact Jonathan Branchett, Head of Operations at Dukes Bailiffs Limited. Existing clients may also contact their dedicated Client Relationship Manager.
