On Thursday, 12 March, Dukes Bailiffs Limited was ranked among the Top 50 UK Best Workplaces (in the medium-sized organisation category) at the UK’s Best Workplace Awards 2026 an accolade reserved for the top 100 organisations that demonstrate an exceptional workplace culture, where employees feel heard, valued, and supported.
In 2025, Dukes was certified as a Great Place to Work™ after achieving an outstanding 92% overall culture score, with employees stating it is a 'great place to work', This is significantly higher than the UK company average of 54% and the debt recovery industry average of 62%.
Top 50 Best Workplace
The Great Place to Work™ certification and UK’s Best Workplaces recognition are independently assessed through a rigorous and unique process that includes employee feedback. Organisations on the list have demonstrated a workplace culture built on trust, supported by innovative people management practices.
For Dukes, this award isn’t just a badge of honour; it’s a moment of pride and an acknowledgement of our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, professional, and inclusive workplace. Established in 1993 by husband and wife Colin and Elaine Naylor, and now led by their daughters Zoe, Sarah, and Laura Naylor, our leaders have always been, and continue to be, passionate about creating a strong family culture, even as we have grown from a small team to around 100 employees.
Zoe Naylor, HR & Operations Director, commented: "“Last year, we were recognised as a Great Place to Work, and this was a proud milestone for us, reflecting the people-first culture and leadership style we’ve worked so hard to build. This year, to build on that recognition by being named among the Top 100 UK Best Workplaces and achieving a Top 50 ranking in our category is an achievement we’re incredibly proud of.”
