We’re pleased to announce that Dukes have been successfully appointed as recycled supplier for the London Borough of Enfield on a new Revenues & Benefits contract.
This new partnership marks another positive step in our continued growth across London and reinforces our commitment to supporting local authorities with reliable, professional enforcement services.

The contract will run for an initial two-year period, with options to extend, and will see Dukes managing a high volume of Revenues & Benefits cases alongside five other. We are one of three organisations collecting second placement cases, with a clear focus over the contract - deliver strong, consistent performance and build towards securing a first-placement position through effective partnership working.
Alongside our Head Office in Stone, we’ve built a strong presence in London over the past 8 years. With a dedicated local team on the ground and director-level support, we understand the challenges councils across the capital face and are proud to support a number of London Boroughs with a service that’s not only effective, but also fair, compliant and community-focused.
At Dukes, we recognise that successful enforcement is about more than just results. It’s about working collaboratively with local authorities, communicating clearly with residents, and delivering services in a way that reflects the values and expectations of the communities we serve. That approach has been at the heart of what we do for over 30 years.
Our experience across England and Wales has enabled us to build a service that balances operational performance with a strong emphasis on supporting the vulnerable and customer care - something we know is essential for our public sector partners.
We’re looking forward to working with Enfield Council and continuing to strengthen our presence across London as we build more long-term, trusted partnerships across the capital.
