We are pleased to share that Senior Customer Hub Agent, Laurence Bowden, has been awarded the Merit Award at the Credit Services Association Awards 2025.

The Merit Award celebrates frontline professionals who demonstrate outstanding commitment, performance and professionalism. Laurence’s recognition is particularly meaningful as he was shortlisted alongside respected peers from across the financial and credit sector, including Ardent Credit Services, Ascent Performance Group, Credit Limits International and TCN. His personal success reflects the dedication and care shown every day by our Customer Hub team and underlines Dukes’ focus on ethical enforcement and customer service.
This recognition also marks our second industry award of 2025, reinforcing the breadth of excellence across our business. From innovative digital solutions to our enforcement agents and customer service teams, Dukes continues to be recognised as a trusted and forward-thinking partner in a service-driven market.
We were also proud to be shortlisted for the Marketing & Communications Initiative Award for our sector-first Customer Support Hub. Whilst we did not take home the award, being named a finalist highlights the strength of our approach to customer support and innovation and we will continue to build on this momentum in the year ahead.
With industry awards for innovation, digital transformation, Enforcement Agent excellence and customer service, Dukes is proud to demonstrate quality and integrity across every touchpoint of the client and customer journey.
