Dukes and Mid Sussex DC shortlisted for IRRV 'Excellence in Partnership Working' Award

We're pleased to announce that our joint submission with Mid Sussex District Council has been shortlisted for the IRRV 's Performance Awards: 'Excellence in Partnership Working'.

Our partnership is unique; It’s not reliant on the sole use of technology to enhance the service. Rather, it showcases a new way of working between enforcement companies and local authorities that is centred around supporting the local economy, creating resilient communities and protecting the environment.

Since the partnership started in 2020, we have continually worked together to design a new debt collection process, and invested in multiple initiatives and piloted new schemes (even throughout Covid-19 pandemic) to enhance customer service, improve collections and achieve measurable success for the Council and community. Together we’ve led the way.

This shortlisting is a fantastic achievement for us both and we're excited and hopeful for a positive result in October!
