Job summary

Process client instructions efficiently and professionally

Manage and record cash payments from office visitors

Handle incoming written and email correspondence

Input data and complete internal client checks

Run and distribute remittances accurately and on time

Complete banking procedures, including posting payments and documentation

Investigate absconded debtors using internal tracing systems

Support the Enforcement team by handling queries and agent calls
-
Answer client calls and resolve queries following specific instructions
