Partnering for a seamless debt recovery experience

Following a successful trial period, we are thrilled to have partnered with IE Hub, an industry-leading company in debt recovery technology. Our partnership aims to provide an even more comprehensive and seamless experience for debtors navigating the complexities of debt recovery.

Through our partnership, we give our client’s customers (debtors) access to a self-serve income & expenditure tool that enables them to calculate their budget at their own pace. Once a budget form is completed, IE Hub will inform the customer of any extra benefits they could claim or discounts they may be entitled to on their water bill. Notably, a budget will only be shared with us once permission is granted by the debtor, and once approved, it can be reused again and again with other companies to whom they owe money (provided they are partnered with IE Hub!). IE Hub's user-friendly interface streamlines the process for customers, increasing accuracy and making the debt resolution journey smoother.
