New family member: Client Relationship Manager (South)

We are thrilled to announce after an internal promotion, Simon Neal has stepped into the role of Client Relationship Manager (South).

Simon has been part of our family for 4 years, previously in the role of an Enforcement Agent. He boasts 13 years’ experience in the industry meaning he’s well equipped with knowledge and understanding of the processes we use here at Dukes. Simon is a fantastic, forward thinking individual and we trust that he will strengthen and nurture our relationships with clients in his new role.

"After 13 years of experience in the industry working as an enforcement agent I am really pleased to be appointed as a client relationship manager. I was excited when this new opportunity arose, and I jumped at the chance knowing that I could see myself in the role and keen to grab the chance to work in another part of the business. I am certainly excited and look forward to the opportunity to work with some of our key clients and developing relationships with them."

Simon will be joining our current client team, Rob, Sarah, Rebecca and Julie to provide additional on demand support to our southern local authority clients.
