After a competitive tender exercise, we are thrilled to announce that we’ve been selected as a debt recovery provider and Local Authority Enforcement supplier for Buckinghamshire Council.
The contract spans four years with an option for the council to extend it for an additional year. In addition with another supplier, we will be responsible for collecting all Council Tax and National Non-Domestic Rates arrears. Whilst we already offer Nationwide Debt Collection and serve as a trusted Local Authority Enforcement supplier, this new appointment significantly strengthens our presence in the South East of England.
At Dukes, growth remains one of our primary goals, and our successful partnership with the Buckinghamshire team reflects our dedication to this. Through hard work and commitment, we've proven our agility in recovery and fine-tuned our processes to meet the council’s unique demands.
