Following Laurence’s fantastic win at the CSA Awards Merit Award in September, we are thrilled to share more exciting news: Dukes Bailiffs is shortlisted for two prestigious categories at the 2025 Credit Strategy Collections & Vulnerability Awards:

  • Best Contact Centre Team – Customer Hub

  • Agent of the Year – Laurence Bowden

Customer Hub – Shortlisted for ‘Best Contact Centre Team’

For the first time, our Customer Hub team is recognised with a shortlist for Best Contact Centre Team, an award celebrating teams that demonstrate:

  • Exemplary performance and professionalism

  • A customer-first, ethical approach

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration

  • Innovation beyond regulatory requirements

  • Positive customer outcomes

Why We Nominated the Team

Over recent years, the Customer Hub consistently delivers outstanding results while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and innovation. Their efforts have led to improved service processes, strong quality standards, and an enhanced customer experience, including supporting vulnerable individuals through our Welfare Hub.

The team’s approach proves that performance and compassion go hand in hand, and their positive culture is shaping perceptions of enforcement while setting industry standards.

The Customer Hub is proudly shortlisted alongside:

  • Atom Bank

  • Novuna Consumer Finance

  • Santander

Being recognised alongside some of the UK’s largest and most respected financial institutions is a major achievement in itself.

Laurence Bowden – Shortlisted Again for ‘Agent of the Year’

Laurence is once again finalist for Agent of the Year, reflecting the same high standards that earned him the CSA Merit Award. He is recognised for:

  • Exceptional frontline performance

  • Strong quality outcomes

  • Leadership and mentoring within the team

  • Delivering ethical, customer-focused results

The judges are looking for an agent who goes above and beyond, demonstrating outstanding communication skills, teamwork, and integrity. Laurence competes against one other finalist, making this recognition particularly noteworthy.

The Awards Night

The awards ceremony takes place at The Monastery in Manchester on Wednesday, 15 October 2025. Michelle, Sarah, Zoe, and selected Customer Hub team members will attend to celebrate this recognition.

While not all team members can attend, a group celebration will follow the event to ensure everyone shares in the success.

Why These Awards Matter

These shortlistings reflect the hard work, empathy, and professionalism of our teams. Being recognised nationally across the UK credit and collections industry, and alongside major financial institutions, highlights Dukes Bailiffs’ commitment to ethical debt collection, exceptional customer care, and high-performance standards.
