Greater Manchester Consortium select Dukes to supply Bailiff Services

April 2008

Greater Manchester Consortium have selected Dukes to deliver Bailiff Services under a 4 year Contract with effect from 1 July 2008, with an option to extend thereafter for a series of 2/2/2 years.  Initially the Consortium Members are Bolton, Bury, Manchester City, Oldham, St Helens, Salford, Stockport, Tameside and Warrington but the Contract allows for other Authorities to join throughout the Term.

Colin Naylor, Managing Director said "We are delighted to have been selected by the Consortium and are very much looking forward to either re-establishing earlier relationships or developing new relationships with each Member.  Whilst the Contract award is initially for 4 years, the Consortium have been very open throughout the process to confirm that issuing of instructions will be based around performance levels.  We are fully committed to this Contract and will ensure that each Member receives only the highest levels of performance and collection rates."
