Dukes Second ISO Surveillance Visit since Accreditation

Dukes are pleased to announce that they have had their second ISO 9001:2000 visit at their Stone site, conducted by ISOQAR Ltd.  Dukes maintained their unblemished record as the external Auditor found no non-conformances against the Standard nor were any improvements suggested.  The Auditor commented 'the staff were most helpful, competent and confident in their duties....Quality system is well monitored and upheld.  Communication of the Quality Management System is very good within Dukes.'

Rachel Hughes, Associate Director and Quality Manager comments 'the outcome of the external Audit brought no surprises in that quality is high on everyones agenda within Dukes.  The Quality Management System continues to bring various benefits to our business and in turn, ensures that we deliver a service of the highest level to our Clients.  My thanks to the team at Stone who played a part in assisting the Auditors in the course of their visit.  Our next Surveillance visit is at St Helens in December 2008.'
