Dukes First ISO Surveillance Visit since Accreditation

NOVEMBER 2007

Dukes are pleased to announce that they have had their first ISO 9001:2000 Surveillance visit since becoming accredited in May 2007.  This surveillance visit was held at the St Helens Office and was conducted by ISOQAR Ltd.  The surveillance visit mirrors the success of our initial Audits to attain accreditation as once again there were no non-conformances identified.  The Auditor's summary being that the staff are most helpful and appear competent in their duties.  In addition, the Quality Management System is very well controlled and visible improvements have been recorded.  There is evidence of effective training records and excellent recording of Non-Conformances and Complaints as necessary.

Rachel Hughes, Associate Director who oversees the Quality Management System says 'the outcome of the Audit once again is evidence that our team at Dukes regard Quality to be of utmost priority.  Since implementation of the quality systems in early 2007, we have found it a very useful tool to promote self-audit and to raise awareness of how we can identify ways of improving our service,  when required.  Once again, I must thank all of our team for buying into the concept of Quality and am very confident that in our next Surveillance visit at our Stone Office in May 2008, we will once again enjoy an unblemished record'.
