As an added attraction, and in recognition of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year, Dukes ran a stand competition to win a set of Jubilee encrusted crystal champagne flutes and a bottle of bubbly. The lucky winner from the prize draw was Charlotte Smith from Wolverhampton Council. Charlotte received her prize from Managing Director Colin Naylor.
At this year's workshops Colin Naylor was invited to join the panel for the Workshop on Fees and Regulations. Following interesting debate with the audience, Colin commented "The workshop was an ideal opportunity to explain to Local Authorities and bailiff companies the implications of the new fees and regulations and this is our best chance to get better and fairer regulation ."
