Dukes Bailiffs is continuing to deliver high standards with its quality management systems.
The Stone-based company underwent a full ISO systems audit at the end of 2011 and passed with flying colours, with no non-conformance, major or minor process issues found.
ISO 9001 is just one of a series of quality management system standards that allows Dukes to understand the processes for delivering its products and services to clients.
Quality Assurance Manager, David Parry, continuously works towards maintaining the accreditation and his QMS and SPC (statistical process Control) background is certainly ensuring the company meets the exacting standards required.
The ISO auditor Dave Wilcox was very impressed with the Dukes operation, saying "Dukes now has a very focused Quality Assurance Manager in David Parry and his experience and approach to a comprehensive QMS system is well-coordinated and communicated to the staff.
"Dukes is progressing toward ISO27001 information security standard in 2012 and also 14001 and 18001 to follow. The company are continuously shifting up a gear within the QMS and it is good to see that QMS is a day-to-day job undertaken. "
David is studying to gain (CPQI) (Quality Practitioner within the Quality Chartered Institute) and aims to gain Dukes entrance to the (QCI) Quality Chartered Institute later this year.
