Dukes Bailiffs - Investors in People
Investors in People standard is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisations performance through its people. It provides a framework for improvements and competitiveness through a planned approach for setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives. Dukes are proud to have achieved this standard during 2009.
Professional Bailiffs
As a leading certificated bailiff company, Dukes recognise that they operate within a sensitive and political environment. This places great emphasis on the manner in which Dukes operate and how clients perceive them. Working methods are designed to ensure that client requirements are met, whilst carrying out bailiff duties with integrity and professionalism.
Dukes’ place a great deal of emphasis on continuous improvement through ongoing monitoring and internal audit. The monthly audit programme consists of approximately 5% of cases being selected at random by an Associate Director. The Client Service Administrators review these cases to ensure that all actions have been undertaken correctly. For example time taken to action the case, time of day the calls were made, fees charged and legal paperwork correctly and fully completed.
Dukes have a proven and effective complaints procedure in place. This forms part of the ISO quality procedures. Any complaint is regarded as a potential to improve the way they operate and preventative measures to avoid re-occurrence.
