Certificated Bailiffs

Dukes are professional certificated bailiffs and take seriously their responsibility both to their profession and the wider community. As such they are active members of a number of professional bodies.

CIVEA is an independently funded association formed to represent all private certificated bailiffs (enforcement agents) in England and Wales. It brings
the benefits of experience and knowledge across the whole spectrum of civil enforcement activity.

The CSA is the only national association in the UK for companies active in relation to unpaid credit accounts; debt recovery agencies, tracing and allied professional services and has a history dating back to 1902. Members adhere to a strict Code of Practice, which is now the benchmark for best practice in the industry, assuring quality and professionalism in the services members provide. The association requires members to conduct business lawfully, conduct dealings with debtors in a fair and reasonable manner and maintain a high standard of business practice.
The British Parking Association (BPA) is the largest professional association in Europe representing organisations in the parking and traffic management industry. These organisations are many and varied and include manufacturers, car park operators, local authorities, health authorities, airports, railways, shopping centres, theme parks and consultants.
With over 5000 members, the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV) is the largest professional institution operating in the field of revenues, benefits and valuation. The institute’s main aim is to support its members’ professional and personal development and the sharing of best practice.
CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers.
ISO 9001 is the ultimate global benchmark for quality management.
The PCI Data Security Standard represents a common set of industry tools and measurements to help ensure the safe handling of sensitive information.  Initially created by aligning Visa's Account Information Security (AIS)/Cardholder Information Security (CISP) programs with MasterCard's Site Data Protection (SDP) program, the standard provides an actionable framework for developing a robust account data security process - including preventing, detecting and reacting to security incidents. The updated version, version 1.1, developed by the founding members of the PCI Security Standards Council, became effective with the launch of the PCI Security Standards Council.

Dukes are certificated bailiffs who take professional standards seriously.
