All of our fees are payable by the tenant and so this is a free service to you (unless we are withdrawn on your instructions).
On those occasions, albeit few when distress fails or there is a risk of the tenant absconding, we are happy and well equipped to receive instructions to forfeit the lease. Such instructions are always carried out in a timely, professional and cost effective manner.
