Due to our continued expansion, Dukes’ are now seeking:

Collections Manager:  The role demands the ability to work within a target driven environment and manage an outbound collections team.  Ideally you will possess a working knowledge of debt recovery or Bailiff processes.  (Working from our Stone Office)

Call Centre Operators:  You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with accurate data input.  You will be responsible for receiving incoming and making outbound calls to reach the best resolution. (Working from our Stone Office)

Trainee/Certificated Bailiffs:  You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to work on your own initiative.  You must also hold a clean driving licence.   (Greater Manchester / Merseyside / North Wales / Staffordshire / North Yorkshire)
